Just call the pharmacist and ask them about it? Its probably a different brand or the manufacture changed the color. Just call and ask, its no big deal, very common!

Cool Re: MS Contin 60mg to MS ER 60mg

I've had this happen with a couple of different pills, when my tramadols changed from little football shaped ones to round ones, the pharmacist told me when I picked them up, these look totally different, but they are the exact same thing.
Never be afraid to call or go back the pharmacy if you have questions like this, God knows they are only human, and while fatal mistakes are extremely rare, you could have something totally different that could make you very ill. Better safe than sorry!

    Hugs, Fabby

I agree with the others. It sounds like they ordered a different brand. And absolutely, as Slippery & Fabby said, call and ask the pharmacist about it before you take one. It's always better to be safe than sorry.

Take care! Let us know what you find out.
