Lightbulb figured out a good protocol to not have the red bumps with the patch

I just wanted to post something that I have been doing different when I apply my patch. I have followed some suggestions and went out and got a hair dryer $11 on sale

step 1. make sure skin is clean and dry
step 2. apply prescription nose spray (Nasonex) - cuts down on red bumps
step 3. rub the nose spray into skin
step 4. use the hair dryer to dry the nose spray and also warm the skin
step 5. apply patch and press down for 1 minute
step 6. apply overlay patch cover
step 7. use hair dryer for a couple of seconds over the patch overlay to ensure that the cover is going to stick and stay stuck

This is working very well for me to cut down on red bumps and allergic reaction. It is also helping with the patch & patch cover sticking much better. Just thought that I would share with all of you. Thanks for all the suggestions and now I have put them to good use.
