MS Contin to Oxycodone equivalent?

I've searched quite a bit and haven't found anything.

First of all I realize MS Contin is ER and Oxycodone is IR.

If I take 7.5mg of Oxycodone (in Percoset) 3-4 times a day, what would the equivalent of MS Contin be? If MS Contin is about 2x equivalent of Oxycontin, then is taking 15mg of MS Contin like taking 15 mg 3-4 times a day or is it like taking 5 mg 3x a day? I'm not sure how that works. I hope I explained that well enough.
