Unhappy Surgery to correct anterior pelvic tilt?

Does the NHS do surgery to correct anterior pelvic tilt?

I'm a 16 year old girl and my back pain is getting in the way of my life plus my abdomen and butt stick out hugeley and that is also majorly getting me down.

I have exercises from someone on a forum who corrected Lordisis in 3 weeks doing a series of stretches and exersices but I've also heard its a waste of time.

Also would correcting Lordisis correct anterior pelvic tilt? If so do you think I should try the exersices? I've been doing them since Saturday.

    The exersices are as follows:

8 reps warrior lunges - hold 10 seconds each
8 reps kneeling hip flexor stretch - hold 10 seconds each
4 reps standing lower back stretch - hold 15 secs each

That ^ in the morning and evening, then:

    In the afternoon:
10 reps supine hip extensions - hold 10 secs each.
