    Workers comp

Pa. I fell at work hurt lower back and knee. I can't afford to go out on workers comp because I need my work health insurance.

I do have a lawyer but I am working so he isn't making money on me so I hate calling him

If I work partime would I be able to keep health insurance from work.

Pain is really bad the end of shift as I clean . Thank you, jacar

you will not lose your reg health ins by usin WC-wc is for the work related injury, anything else falls under your reg health ins-and if wc doc puts off work-they cannot fire you for that and you are allowed to collect I believe 60% of your pay while out with a work related issue.

Has your doc returned you to work full duty?(wc doc)

    Good luck!

Ifyou have been out of work beyond the first 2 weeks you may have to work out a way to pay your insurance premiums while collecting pay compensation from your employers insurance carrier. Your employer isnt paying you wjwhen the insurance company is so your employer doesnt have earned ncome to deduct insurance premiums. But you certainly can continue to pay your insurance premiums while collecting workmans comp benefits and this would cover any other medical needs you have.Good luck, Dave
