Head Rush, Dizzy, Derealization........
Do you feel dizzy and out of breath when you get up from a sitting position? Do you feel like you have no brain sometimes?
When I suffered from these symptoms about 2 months ago, I did the following. They worked.
Before getting up, take in a deep breath. Continue to breath deeply.....and don't start concentrating on your heart or head sensation. Your head rush is caused by lack of blood/oxygen to your brain. We feel it more because of the stress we are under.
Derealization - Only thing that helped me was deep breathing meditation for about 10 minutes. It cleared my head right up. If you continue to worry while meditating, it will not work.
