I am feeling much better. Therapy has been going great. I've read the Dr. Weeks book about bad nerves and found it to be awesome. Helped me alot to accept and now I'm trying to work on the sensations by just floating through them. Working on the second fear, u know what I mean? Idid wake up feelign a little on the raged side, then I was a bit jittery, but I'm also going through premenopause. Nothing like a double header, right? LOL
Hey, what do u think about starting a help post. Like all of us get together and each day try to get out of the house, do something, work on a sensation like floating through it and then report back to the board and give the experiences that helped us through it. That way we can also help the ones who can't make it through, and maybe we will all help eachother. Like a support group online.
Also, I've noticed the eye twitches whether I'm at the computer or not. They are related to nerves. Yuck!

Andrea, Yes it is water soluable and you can very much benefit by taking it by itself. I have been feeling better. I take one called isotonix and you drink it. It is a mix. You take it with food. it is a vegetarian Product. I get mine from my chiropractor But you can get it online also. I hear there is a good b-12 from gnc also. This one is really supposed to help with anxiety. My husband gets eye twitches a lot and I give him this and it goes away! I get muscle twitches often and I haven't noticed any since the two weeks I have taken b-12. If you need more info let me know.take care
Carly
P.s. I haven't felt sick or anything, Also it tastes like lemonade and it is only about 1/3 cup.
