ZOLOFT NOT WORKING! Anybody have any other suggesstions?

I have been on the Zoloft now off and on for a year and now it seems like it's not working. I think bad things are going to happen to me all day I get these chest pains and have have been to the ER 10 times over the last month and also had a echo-stress test, holter monitor, and a echo-cardiogram. And 10 normal EKG's with a lot of bllod tests too. I still think I might die at any second from some hear ailment. I can't get it out of my head, i'm on 150mg of Zoloft and 1mg of Ativan which I do not like to take because I don 't want to get addicted to it. Has anybody had severe panic disorder like me have bad luck on Zoloft and have good luck on something else? Please help..Thanks
