    Question Limited symptom attacks

    Hi,
Ive noticed Im having more limited symptom attacks than full blown attacks. They are still as scary as full blown attacks.Anyone else ever have limited symptom attacks?

I also have Generalized Anxiety Disorder(GAD)thats reared its ugly face the pasts few months.I guess with my Mother dying and lack of sleep and tension its hit doubly hard...

Yes, I thinki do have limited symptom attacks, I also have anxiety and phobias. But i tend to become panicy in shops or croweded areas where i become dizzy, my legs go weak, feel like i am about to faint. This passes usually after about 5mins.
