I've experiencing these occasional paralysis on my foot every night and I don't know if its nothing to worry about? Did someone feel this things too?

Can you elaborate it further? I meant to say had it completely frozen? or there is some movements in it...Rub gently your feet before you go to sleep,massage 'em with some oils and consult to physiotherapist...

If your foot is numb but you could perform different actions with your feet then that means the blood flow has stopped going to your foot. However if you cannot move your foot or feet then I definitely suggest you should get checked out by a doctor.
