    Daddy preference

I feel like my 2 year old daughter is starting to prefer Daddy & it really bothers me! This may be wrong but I can't help how I feel.

Has anyone had issues with this?
    Thanks in advance!

Children need both parents equally, and often seem to favor one over the other from time to time. It means nothing except that you have an emotionally normal family. Be glad that your daughter has a loving daddy. Don't be a jealous child over this. Sera

I can say that with my 2ND child I had the opposite where she had to be with Mommy 24/7. I just accepted it and loved her the same way as my other. As she grew up she became very close with Daddy so no worries. Every child is different so embrace it as they will change as they grow.

I am glad she does. It's just that I stay home with her & she's always wanted me from day one! It might be childish, but I can't help how I feel. She still wants me, but I'm starting to see a bond with Daddy that hasn't been there & I don't want her to want him more than me. I know, it's prob crazy!

Thank you for your encouragement & I know that's all true! See, she's always wanted Mommy 24/7 & I honestly don't want to lose that!
