    Worried I too have parkinsons

My mum was diagnosed age 64 after showing signs for years. She had frozen shoulder before any signs of tremor. Anyway I look after Mum now 6 years on and she is doing well considering xx my worry is that I may be misdiagnosed and perhaps following in her footsteps. I have been told I have fibromyalgia and every symptom I get they put it down to that but my main symptoms are similar to Mum. She laughs and says I am coming out in sympathy but is this the case or shouLd I check it out. My main issues are. Constant pain down one side mainly hip and leg. Canít stop peeing at night and very wakeful. I act my dreams out and get sudden involuntary jolts. Restless legs, constipation, stiffness in a morning and slight shake. Light headed ness and low blood pressure. Cramps daily in toes and legs. Swallowing issues at times when mouth dry mainly.
Sorry to ramble on I just worry.
    Xx

Have you been checked thoroughly by a specialist who can do the pertinent testing?

I've not heard of frozen shoulder being a symptom to Parkinson's, has that been confirmed as a symptom in your mom's situation?

I can relate to many of your symptoms. Have you had a CT of your back and bladder?

I understand the fear of inherited disease....

Better get a doctor's second opinion so you can slow down the disease if it really is Parkinsons and get medication for it too. Parkinsons disease can sometimes be inherited.
