    Anyone been through similar ?

    Hi all.

Been getting cold night sweats for almost 2 years, absolutely exhausted all of the time regardless of how much I sleep and pains in legs and arms. In recent months been having awful lower back pain and terrible pain in my left side every other month (while ovulating I think) . I've had all blood tests and all have come back fine several times. I have been referred now to an endocrinologist who I have been to see for the second time today. As bloods have come back normal again he is requesting a CT scan as urgent !

Just wondering if anyone has been though similar and what have been the results . I've been back and forth my GP with this for so long I just feel now I don't care what the results are , I just want to know what is going on and feel well again !

    Any replies really appreciated

Seems almost similar to stuff I've been experiencing as well. (Minus the back pain) but I've had pain/tingling in my left side off and on, cold sweats at night and general feeling of fatigue. My blood tests came back that I'm anemic, so I'm taking supplements for that and I also have an appointment with a neurologist in a couple of weeks. I do have a small lesion on my pituitary gland that was discovered a few years back. It hasn't been checked in a while so probably will end up having to get my head scanned again to see what may be going on!

How old are you? Are your female hormone changes regular?
Have you spoken with a gynecologist?

Sorry for the late reply! I'm 30. Hormones seem pretty regular, I haven't spoken with a gynecologist about it yet though. Still need to rule out any pituitary issues but my appointment with the neurologist is soon.

Sounds more like adrenal gland, low cortisol. Lower back pain, muscle aches, exhaustion, as well as loose bowl movement, weight gain/loss, could also be heart palpitations, rapid heart beat for no reason, and blurry vision. All are symptoms of low cortisol and normal thyroid.
