Bulging Belly: Endo, food, bladder, or posture?
I have an issue that I think many of you are familiar with - flat stomach in the morning, bulge in the evening. This has more commonly been contributed to food intolerances.
But I am still not 100% sure, because if I flex my upper abs, then everything above my belly button is flat, but below is like 5 months pregnant.
Do you think it's the cysts, endo belly, food, posture, bladder, or something else??
Has anyone else experienced this?
By the way- if I suck my stomach in it can be flat again.
