Small baby?

I had to go to the hospital last night because I was having menstrual like cramping. Well, while there the nurse did an U/S to see if lil miss was still breech. She told me before she started that she was by no means a U/S tech but she thought she could see her head down. At first she was like or maybe it's your bladder but no you just emptied your bladder so I'm sure it's her head. So she said "IF" it is her head she is transverse. Now not even a week ago just Thursday she was breech again. Does this mean she must be smaller then what my one Dr thought? He thought she'd be about 8lbs. I've heard that babies this far along move but not all over and I swear she is EVERYWHERE. I think her head is back in my ribs though. She seems partial to that area lol.
