Will the frequent contractions I have hurt the baby?

Hi girls, I have 6-7 contractions per hour. I was in a hospital for 2 days and they are no longer painful how they were, but are still there. I am still on medications but I am worried about the baby. Do you think they can hurt the baby – the proper blood supply and its heart rate? Have any of you had contractions that often and have you spoken to a doctor about it?
(I am 32 weeks pregnant)
Thank you in advance.

If they could hurt the baby, the doctor would not have released you. It takes extremely intense contractions to put the baby into distress. If they aren't bothering you, most likely, they aren't bothering the wee one.
