Question (b)immatured Baby - What To Do(b)

My preganancy is about to complete 32 weeks as per my last period on 23.10.2005. Now sometimes I am feeling contraction, abdominal pain, irregular movement. I had to hospitalised on 29th May,2005 in nursing home with those problems where my regular doctor pushed dobadelion injection with saline water and metrojel injection. I got relieve from pain and feeling movement of the baby. However my doctor worried about immatured delivery either normal or seizure.

Now if immatured birth in between 32-34 weeks :
what would be harmful for survival as well as chance of
surviving of the baby without any defect.

what are the best care can be taken after birth
of immataured baby in between 32-34 weeks.

I am eagerly waiting for reply - please help me.

Re: Lungs maturing

My pragnancy is completed 32 weeks on 3/5/2006 counted from last period date on 23.10.2005. Now my doctor told me that lungs of the baby is immatured which will be matured after the end of 36 weeks. As there is some problem like irregular movement of the baby, abdominal pain, conttraction of uretus etc, my doctor suspecting it is a tedency of immature delivery. But it is risk for survival of the baby after birth as lungs is not matured. So my doctor with a view to maturing the baby by way of usinng medicine so that lungs is matured before it's actual maturing stage of 36 weeks has prescribed me to take Betnesol injection 3 dose @ 8 mg each dose after every 8 hours and also advised me to test the blood sugar after one day of the last dose.
I want to know from exprienced well wisher whether my doctor
has taken right decision for pushing injection for maturing
the lungs of the baby.

Is Betnesol injection - a steriod type injection ?

Whether this type of injection would be harmful for baby's
future after birth.

Is it right that lungs starts maturing after 32 weeks from date of
last period ( in case of me last period was 23.10.2006).
