BPH or what?

Have had steadily increasing right flank pain for 8+ months, also slowly increased urination frequency/urgency/waking at night to go/etc. Also occasional white urine discharge at end of stream. Always happens without warning so I am never prepared to catch a sample and do the vinegar/phosphaturia test.

About 10 months ago I saw a urologist of the frequent (at that time) "white urine discharge". He saw no infection in my urine sample and said it was probably protein or phosphaturia.

2 months later and the white urine almost completely goes away. I was having it maybe once every 2 weeks or so. At the same time the pain in my right flank/back was increasing as well as the frequency.

3 months ago I finally went to another urologist after symptoms got worse and I was feeling very fatigued/dizzy and sometimes nauseous. Enlarged prostate and bladder not emptying completely. 6 weeks of Cipro and no changes. MRI and CT-scan show enlarged ureter and enlarged right kidney. IVP 2 weeks ago shows no obstruction/stones.

Doc never even called me to tell me results. I had to ask his secretary. ***?

That urologist is baffled I guess, so I am going to a urology specialist in NYC.

Urination is at all time high, and right kidney pain comes and goes in waves. Still feel like crap most days. I am eating healthy, exercising, and I have always drank plenty of water.

I peed 10+ times already today and have only drank about 1.5 liters of water so far.

I have to wait a month to get into see the new doctor. Can anyone shed any light on this at all? Any remedies I haven't thought of?

BTW I am only 28 years old.
