    Has anybody been deemed disabled

I've had crps for 2 yrs and haven't worked a day since my diagnosis. I shattered my left foot and been on crutches for 2 yrs +. I have a workers comp case so my attorneys have told me not to file for disability. When my workers comp case however is over how hard is it to get social security disability when I can

I am knew to this site, so I have read a little before I posted. I have had r.s.d. for about 30 years now. Before that I had been through many trials and 3 beautiful and fun active kids they were nothing compared to this. I am a true believe that the past can help with the future, it has for me. My hardships from my past have given me courage and strength and insight on how to deal with pain, and I did and still believe the Lord has been with me every step of the way. I have been disabled for 30 years.

I have C.R.P.S and was found disabled from it. I was never turned down by the SSD. I would suggest you go ahead and file. It goes back 15 years but the longer you wait the more money you are losing because It does average the last 15 yrs and that will be your base pay.
