    Smile Don't Quit A Poem I would Like to Share With My rsd Family

    don't quit a poem i would like to share with my rsd family hi everyone, out there in rsd land this is a poem i would like to share with my rsd family when i am very down and depressed i read this and it helps me to get some of the fight back. i hope that you enjoy it.

    this poem is called Don't Quit

    Don't Quitwhen
    the tide is lowest,For it is just about to turn,
    Don't quit over doubts and questions, For ther's something you might learn.
    Don't quit when the night is darkest, For it's just awhile till dawn;
    Don't quit when you've run the farthest, For the race is almost won.
    Don't quit when the hill is steepest, For your goal is almost nigh,
    Don't quit for you're not a failure until you fail to try.

    I hope everyone can find some inspiration from this poem as i do wishing everyone the lowest pain wknd. sandy chick 58

    Re: Don't Quit A Poem I would Like to Share With My rsd Family

    Hi there,
    This is my first post as I am a new member. I am 19 and while I do not have RSD, I have watched my mom suffer from it for six years. I have a younger brother and sister, who unfortunately, never had the oppurtunity to get to know our mom like I did. We all love her very much, she continues to be my best friend, and our family has continued to fight with her over all this time. I only wish it was me who suffered with RSD not her, though I know that if someone had to have, she wouldn't have it any other way. She is a strong woman, mother, and friend. Thank you for your thoughtful poem, I will be sure to pass it on to my family.
    Best Wishes,
    Earizzo

    That was a very inspirational poem. No matter where you are, or how bad it feels, you gotta see the light at the end of the tunnel.
