Is this immature?

My boyfriend and I had plans to watch a football game at my cousins house who we are close to with him and his wife and young daughter. We bought food and appetizers and everything. Well, my brother who is 12 years old sometimes can be a little irritating, and my boyfriend found out that he was going to my cousins house also to watch the game. Now my boyfriend is saying that he doesn't want to go and he will just watch the game at home, because he wanted to have a nice relaxing time watching the game, and now my annoying brother is going. Don't you think that's mean? He's turning 25 my boyfriend.

Re: Is this immature?

it depends how annoying the brother is. i understand him though if hes planned a relaxing fun time and doesnt want any stress then he will avoid it. i would do the same. its nothing major though is it? my suggestion is let it go. i wouldnt say its immature or mature. its none. its all about who he feels comfortable been round. my brother is extremely annoying and nasty and i avoid him my parents say i am pathetic for keeping away but im not happy in his company i dont have a nice time so i do my own thing and avoid. dont be too hard on boyfriend.
