Fish oils/vitamin k/a diet
I had a lot of inflammation/rash/redness on my face, then I started taking fish oil supplements and eating a lot of vitamin k/a and about a month later the inflammation has gone down a ton... I really recommend fish oils along with a diet high in vitamin k and a (kale, spinach, etc). I'm not sure if it will work for everyone but it helped with me.
