Does it go away?

My doctor told me I had this at one time but it went away. Is it possible for it to just go away on it's own? Apparently He found it in my lungs right before I developed adult onset asthma.

I'm starting to suspect that perhaps it didn't go away and that it could be the cause of my current asthmatic condition. I could be wrong.

Would anyone know?

I had pulmonary sarcoidosis when I was 21 and it went away in about 3-4 years. I show no symptoms now 31 years later.

In some it goes away with in 6 months others suffer almost daily from it. I was diagnosed in 1999 in my Lungs and have had chronic flareups since. It moved to my Liver in 2005. I have talked to others who have no Symptoms after a few months.
