At 6mos feeding solids is just for practice, not so much nutrition. Milk is still the primary source of nutrition.

Spanish - You might want to look into that information you were given. I have never heard of that...yet. I know that if a baby has a dairy allergy that you may need to restrict dairy from your diet....
