the zoloft will help a lot if it eventually works for you so stay on it for a total of 6 weeks, 50 is the smallest effective dose, its a prozac...

a high fiber diet helps

my bowel problems were diarea alternating with constipation and were eventually traced to a low fiber diet, I now take oat bran daily and all my bowel problems are over

relax in a hot bath and breathe deep and slow, relaxing your muscles as much as you can
getting someone to massage you also helps, books on home massage are available

agree that hyperventilating can cause you to pass out
