Re: Painting Aircast

So, apparently I will be the first human being to every paint their aircast. I intend to use Krylon Fusion, and tape off the areas I don't want to get painted.

I'd also find another doctor....

The next thing I would do is to give yourself a vaginal exam....

I am not surprised the pain isn't where the shot is - the fluid goes where it will !

How do you feel about your appointment? Was it as informative / helpful as you were hoping?

Re: Ankles so weak, no sprain and I can't walk

I think you for sure need to see a specialist... a podiatrist or a ortho with ankle experience. I'd get some sturdy lace up braces, as well, and wear very supportive shoes.
