My surgery failed with my PSA finally reaching 0.5. I went to Loma Linda University Medical Center and had salvage using Proton Therapy. PSA 0.01 after 2.5 years and no side effects....

For your information Loma Linda University Center recommends a lacto-ovo vegetarian diet. That is fruit, vegetables, whole grain products, nuts, seeds, legumes, eggs, cheese, yogurt, and milk....

I believe that you can get all the screening done at Loma Linda as well as several other institutions in the LA area. They do have 5 year, 10 year recurrence or long-term cure rates...

There are no guarantees but even after a failed RP the cancer may still be in the pelvic area. Have you read the Surgical Pathology? Did the Surgical Pathology indicate postive margins? ...
