the report on calcium does not tell us what type of calcium was studied nor does it take into account any combination calcium supplements such as magnesium or vitamin D which is often recommended...

hi caroleye, unless you take baths & footbaths everyday spraying on is the most convenient , now it does have a greasy feel to it but you dont have to leave it on as it is absorbed thru the skin...
