That is a lot of damage and very concerning. My first suggestion is to see a neurosurgeon. I've got several spine issues going on as well and would not even consider an ortho for this kind of work....

Sounds like you perhaps have a shoulder impingement. PT should take care of that easily. Go see your doc and get sent to PT - you've waited way too long to get moving on this.

Sorry you went thru this. Sounds like the second gyno is more reasonable. My only comment otherwise is that brown blood is blood that wasn't expelled in a previous period so is perfectly normal.

Brown blood is old blood that wasn't expelled in a previous period. Your body is simply cleansing itself. Also, as long as you have your ovaries, you could possibly bleed. That would be red blood....
