Unhappy Prostatectomy and Muse for ED treatment

I had a prostatectomy four years ago at 69 years of age. Since then lab tests show zero testoterone. A side-effect of the operation was erectile dysfunction. I have been given MUSE for the ED, but the result has not been as effective as I would like (i.e., erections have not been very strong or long lasting). I'm taking Morphine via an intrathecal pump, and nucynta, both to help keep my chronic pain at a tolerable level. Unfortunately I have days where the pain level is 7 to 9 on a 10 point scale.

My question is: Is there another product that might prove to be more effective than MUSE?

Thanks
