Is it possible?
This is a very touchy situation that a friend of mine is going through and I wanted to get an unbiased opinion.

A friend of mine casually dated this guy off and on for three years. They got together one weekend and she didn't expect anything to happen between them.

One thing lead to another and he made a move on her and started making out with her. Things gradually progressed and one thing lead to another and she "assumed" he wanted to go all the way considering he made the first move and things were progressing towards going all the way.

Well ultimately they did end up going all the way and he was shocked since they'd never slept together before.

They ended up getting in a huge fight over another girl (he left her) and some ugly words were exchanged.

He accused her of raping him and said he didn't expect to get "jumped" even though he full well admits to making the first move.

They are still fighting and she's heartbroken and completely devastated that he could call her a rapist when he was the one making moves on her and she basically just went with the flow.

She's also afraid he will go to the cops and file charges against her for rape.

Did she rape him? He claims that just because he made the first move on her and took the initiative to take his clothes off and things progressed towards sex doesn't mean that he wanted sex.

What do you think?

Unless he can prove with blood tests, etc, that he was physically incapacitated with drugs or something & thus unable to defend himself, OR she held a gun or knife or other weapon to him and forced him to "indulge" her (and he can prove it) . . . then he would be a laughing stock at just about any police station or court in this country.

Did he ever say no? If not, it was consentual.

This guy is a loser.
