After first time sex I'm a little worried.

Yesterday I lost my virginity to a friend, I'm 29 so it's not like I'm a kid, I need an answer to some questions and concerns though.

We had sex with a condom (it was a Trojan pre lubed with spermicide) he didn't last long (two thrusts all the way and then a few partial ones because he lost his erection), he also fingered me roughly.
The condom didn't fall off but the next day I'm having some vaginal cramping and bleeding, I'm worried about what this is.

I don't believe that I have a hymen because I masturbate frequently with a realistic adult toy ( I did that to make first time sex comfortable when it did happen) I also have a history of weird, irregular periods.
I know I sound paranoid and silly, especially due to my age, but I still have concerns.

My period normally (when it's regular) begins on the 25th, is there a possibility that it just arrived 11 days early?
Small update; the light bleeding stopped in a few hours, is it possible that maybe he was a little too rough?

I'm not sore (I never was) and I guess I'm relieved that the bleeding immediately stopped, I'm just curious if this was my hymen breaking or what.
Another update, now I'm having light pink discharge and it's 8 days before my period.
