skin and urinary tract issues?

this is my first thread here, and looking for some much needed help

In the first of August, I had a one night stand. I used protection the whole time, BUT there was 2 instances where the protection could have been compromised.

Once, as she sat down for penetration we heard the condom pop. Did not feel my penis touch her vaginal walls. But there was a one inch (or less) cut on the tip of the condom.

Second, the condom just kinda came off as she pulled off. But i feel as if my condom came off as I was already out and I dont think it makes sense that I could have touched her.

Anyways, I state this because just after a week. My penis started getting some weird feelings. I got different symptoms randomly, like in different days Id feel something different but the same ones came back. My penis ached randomly throughout the day, urinated more than usual and sometimes stinging sensation. My testicles also felt extremely hot and the prostate almost felt swollen. Also, a few times i got red spots on my penis that felt sensible and were irritated. those irritations went away after a day.

I went to the clinic to get tested for HIV and STD's. About a month after the sexual encounter. Tested negative for everything I was tested for. Which was HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, and other things i dont remember. I was never tested for UTI.

I was given some pills that would cure many times of infections. took em for a week

I am uncircumcised, so the doctor lady i got the second time was very rude and said i was not being clean and probably had some kind of fungus. but it was just a speculation. which actually might be true at times, since i work in a job where i might sweat a lot or get dirty.

i have used the cream for over 2 weeks, and although I do no longer feel any of the last symptoms, i still have some issues.

As of now,

- my penis still feels some stinging, not often, but sometimes.
- wrinkly skin on the head of penis
- red skin on head of penis, not always though
- very yellow urine
- white pimple-looking things on the sides of the frenulum
- itchy, but may be normal
- sometimes what i think may be my bladder kind of hurts
- whatever tubbing there is in the genitals randomly hurts for a quick second.

i definetley dont feel normal yet, what could this be?

Re: skin and urinary tract issues?

Just qurious to who the one night stand was that you were with? Was this a total stranger? Have you seen her again sense all of this happened? It would just make sense to get checked for a UTI don't you think? This very well could be an urinary track infection that you have. Mean time, you should drink plenty of fluids if you're not alread. Cranberry juice is good for the kidneys/bladder etc. Keep your self hydrated with water, and this should take care of the dark urine if nothing else. If you have an infection(prostate) the extra fluids won't hurt.

Re: skin and urinary tract issues?

Well, chlamydia and gonorrhea ARE urinary infections. There do seem to be strange symptoms at times that men get that defy diagnosis but, over time, seem to go away. You have done the right thing to get tested. You may wish to consult a urologist, and that is what I would recommend.

I am also curious to know if you have theories of why the condom broke / pulled off? Were the condoms old? Old latex will split easily. Did you put it on properly? Was the size too large for you, which is why it pulled off when she pulled out? I ask in order to try to prevent similiar problems from happening in the future.

i have been thinking i have some kind of yeast infection on the skin, but i dont know about the bladder and UT pains.
