New here (thanks) rotator cuff issues

3 rotator( left) cuff surgeries, the last in 2016 and has been extremely sore since then.Getting worse as time goes on and now unbearable.
Suspect an anchor is infected and we are just now addressing it.
I have always compared this to toothache pain. Does anyone else have a similar experience?
61, extremely fit and no other health issues

Rotator cuff surgery did absolutely nothing for my ongoing pain and inability to move my arm without it "catching" painfully. Intensive and ongoing PT also did nothing to address the problem. The next step was shoulder joint replacement. It has been 2 years since that surgery and I am very glad to have had it as those symptoms were gone afterward. You might discuss this procedure with your doc, unless you think you can address your symptoms with less invasive means.
