Spiriva and Asthma

My doctor has put me on Spirva daily for my asthma. I take Flovent 250mcg twice per day/ Ventolin 2-4 times a day (on a good day)/Singulair/Flonase. A couple of months ago I was having an "episode" and ventolin did not seem to work. He put me on a 10 day course of Spiriva and it gave me the relief I needed. He has since put me on it regularly. In Canada it is marketed for people with COPD. Is anyone else taking Spiriva? Is it working for them too?

I take spiriva for my asthma too, it's aimed at COPD in England as well, the drs at the Royal Brompton hospital in London put me on it. It seems to have taken the edge of my symptoms, but I have Brittle Asthma so I'm on so many meds its difficult to work out which one is working!!!
