Red face Acne and Sebaceous Cysts

    Dear forum members:

I have had it all, just like you all. Acne, whiteheads, blackheads, Sebaceous Cysts...

Here's what I just recently started:

For acne: I have tried everything including accutane (very depressive). But about a month ago, I was watching an infomercial, and decided to order Murad Acne Complex System. I don't know about others on this forum, but it started to work on me. My face first reacted weird in the first 2 weeks (adjusting), then my overall tone has been great, I stopped breaking out... So far so good. I am VERy surprised that it actually is working!

For sebaceous cysts: I started on Origin Natural Fish Oil (high in Omega-3 Fatty Acids) orally. Has anyone seen any results from Omega-3 EPA (Elcosapentaenoic Acid)? How many mg a day did you take if you succeeded??? Sebaceous cysts are EVERYWHERE in my body, and it's genetic; my mom, aunts, grandma all have them...

I also heard 4 more treatments...
    BLACK CURRANT OIL
    Vit. A, E
    B-COMPLEX
    TEA TREE OIL - topically

    do these work????

    PLEASE HELP!

    A.

I don't know about fish oil but I've been seeing a big difference every since I started eating ground flax seeds 1-2 weeks ago. I grind up about 4 tbs of seeds with a coffee grinder in the morn and put them in my smoothie. I don't have any cysts, dry skin, or dandruff. I don't even need lotion or moisturizer when i get out of the shower now. amazing stuff.

    Not to sound stupid...
but can someone please tell me what exactly a Sebaceous cyst
is? I have a couple of cysts on my back..the kind that just don't go away no matter what you do. would a DR. be able to remove them? and if so would there be a scar? I have extreamly sensitive skin.
