    Hi Lisa,
    I've just found out that my last smear showed severe abnormalities so it looks like I'm heading for my 3rd colpo and/or loop/leep procedures.
    This is so unfair isn't it?
    Just want to let you know I know how you feel.

    Alix, have you ever asked the doctor what's causing this? There IS a cause. If he/she says, "we don't know" it's pretty sad. Just know that there IS something that's causing this to happen so there must be a preventative. I've heard of people putting herbal mixtures on contraceptive sponges and rubbing the cervix with the herbs. If I did that i'd use vitamin C and bee propolis. Just a thought...
