are you sure it's a mole? Moles cover the skin, they aren't "barely attached" unless the skin has been cut. I suggest getting a doctor to look at it either way, they can remove it easily.

I agree with wakkochic17 - it doesn't sound like a mole. Perhaps it's a skin tag? Either way, I would suggest a visit to the doctor to get it checked out as well. If it is a skin tag, they are easily removed in the office.
