    Sinus Infection and Dizziness

I have been really sick since October with Bronchitis and Laryngitis with no relief of OTC products or antibiotics (4). I now feel like I have a sinus infection as well. The reason for this thinking is facial pain, ear pain and stuffiness, severe headache without relief of OTC motrin, sore throat, PND, and stuffy runny nose. I was put on amoxicillan 4 days ago, and don't feel any better. The Dizziness is very random and I feel like I have to steady myself. It seems like when the dizziness occurs my eyes have increased pressure behind them and sometimes twitch involuntarily left and right during these episodes. I have no idea where to go next. Please help. Thanks!
