    Unhappy scared i have lymphoma

Hi im a 20 year old male and over a year ago i noticed an enlarged lymph node on my groin from what i can remember it was a little sore, then through out the months it would go down and pop back up randomly. 6 months later i found one on my neck that wasnt sore at all, it as well went away after a week or so. during this time my armpits have been sore sometimes but i havnt discovered any lumps in them except for one small one on the side of my chest (cant tell if its a muscle). well its been over a year now my lymph nodes havnt poped up but i have noticed lumps poping up behind my ear and getting sore they go down sometimes as well. . I have really really bad anxiety and stress ive lost about 10 - 15 pounds during all of this but i did have a very physical job. my family tells me im a bad hypocondriac, but i dont know. over the last few days since my anxiety has been bad ive been very worried that i have cancer. i wake up in the morning my feet are a little sweaty so are my hands i feel really tired all the time and sometimes dizzy. Ive lost my appitite and get a little sick to my stomach. My doctor put me on zoloft and clompton ( nerve pill ). I just feel really crummy everyday i cant stop thinking about it any input would help thanks.

I'm not a doctor, and don't really know anything about cancer, but I would say you shouldn't worry so much.It is somewhat normal to get swollen glands every now and then, particularly if you are sick. Some illnesses make them swell that you may not even be aware of (like herpes).
Are you sure the lump in your leg is not LIPOMA? (fatty tumor that is usually benign)

The rules of this forum prevent me from giving you website names, but there are online labs where you can order your own blood work without a doctor. You could order a white blood cell test or other test to see if you have cancer and put your fears to rest for good.

At 20 years old,it would be pretty rare for you to have cancer.
Also, being sweaty and dizzy are both side effects of Zoloft.
