Question Can someone help me interpret my FSH, LH, and Estradiol Blood Test Results?

I'm a 33 year old female recently diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and have been having other symptoms that my doctor felt was not related to my low thyroid hormone levels, however possible pre-menopausal symptoms!!? And since I am hypothyroid and still single (not married so not trying to have a baby yet until I marry) and absolutely indeed want to have a baby(ies)/family someday in my future (but just havent found the right one yet unfortanately) but I soooo want to have a baby someday and I fear if I will not be able to (I am currently in a relationship just not engaged yet) she wanted to run an Anti-Mullerian Blood Test on me. I came back with a result of 0.43. She then ordered for me on day 3 of my next, first, normal period a E2, FSH, and LH blood test. I am worried about my results because my Gyno is only a NP, she said she recommended me to see a "Reproductive Specialist"? that specializes in infertility and thyroid.

So now I am concerned and that is where I am at now. Is it necessary for me to see a "reproductive specialist?" Why did she tell me this? Are my results indicating I may be close to being infertile!?

Can someone help explain my results to me please? VERY CONCERNED AS HOW I LOVE AND ALWAYS DREAMED TO HAVE A FAMILY/BABY SOMEDAY and want to know if I need to act now?

    Anti-Mullerian Result: 0.43

On Day 3 my E2, FSH, and LH results came back as:
