Watery Eyes one month out

So I had Lasik one month ago. I am seeing at 20/15 and never have pain or irritation. The only effect I have really noticed is that when I wake up in the morning, my eyes are super red and wet. They get less red throughout the day and are clear by the nighttime. They are always wet though. I have been using sustain ultra drops (recommended by the dr) but am wondering if maybe these are the problem since they have preservatives...

I tried a humidifier and that didn't seem to help.

Any thoughts on what the problem can be?
