Bladder pressure and vaginal pain. Have I got ovarian cancer?

I apologize for the long post. But here goes.

I am 31 years old and had an ectopic pregnancy in May of this year. After getting my first period post op I started using Clomid (had adverse reaction and made my follicle overmature). After my first period had gone I started getting a burning sensation inside my vagina (which I thought resembled a yeast infection) (I also had a uti shortly after my ectopic). It would also burn during sex. It went away so I wasn't too concerned. 3 Months later I started having odd spotting (which was unusual for me) It was only for a day so again I wasn't too concerned. The month thereafter I had light spotting after my period and vaginal pain again. Its difficult to explain the pain but its a combination of raw pain deep inside the vagina and pressure on bladder/bowels. With the pain and spotting not clearing up I saw a doctor and I had a 35mm cyst which looked like a corpus luteum cyst on the vaginal ultrasound. I had it removed via cystectomy. My doctor was convinced that the cyst was a corpus luteum cyst still. However the pathology report said it was a MUCOUS CYSTADENOMA. My doctor explained that these cysts contain pre cancerous cells and have the potential to turn to cancer if we don't investigate it. She had only removed the cyst because at the time of surgery she was sure it was just a benign cyst. After surgery I continuing to have this vaginal pain. I have read up and see that bladder pressure is a symptom of ovarian cancer. I done the CA 125 test 10 days after surgery and it is 45. My doctor said its a bit high but said its normal after abdominal surgery. Also I tested 2 days before I got my period (I believe that can also elevate levels). I am currently on my period and its much lighter than it usually is (I also had a hysteroscopy to check if my tubes were open and they are). My doctor wants to retest CA in 6 weeks to see if there is a change in levels.

I am worried sick that I might have ovarian cancer. If someone could answer some of my concerns I would be eternally greatful.

    My very worrysome questions are:

Why would I continue having the pain if the cyst was removed?
Is burning vaginal pain also a symptom of OC (its on the side the cyst was removed)?
Does the size of cyst have any bearing on how advanced the cancer is?
    Is a mucous cystedenoma cancerous?
Can the above cyst be removed without removing the ovary?
How quickly can OC spread? Can it spread in 6 weeks? (My dr said it wouldnt because the cyst is removed)
Can the vaginal pain and bladder pressure be due to something else? Interstitial cystitis? The pain is worse after my period.
I read that endometriosis can elevate CA too. My doctor removed mild endo. Would that effect the CA even after its been removed.
