High ANA?? **Update**

Hello,

Just wanted to give you all an update from my previous post, which is now closed. My Antinuclear Antibodies were very high...Nucleolar Pattern 1:1280, but every other test came back normal/negative.

I saw a rheumatologist (who was phenomenal). He ended up diagnosing me with undifferentiated connective tissue disease (UCTD). Which in short means, I have the blood work to say I have an autoimmune disease but not enough physical symptoms to diagnose me with something. I've seen the doctor a few times now, and I'm okay He advises me to do my best to keep stress at bay and exercise. So far its been working

My menstrual issues were not autoimmune related.

Hope this helps someone!!!

Thanks for the update! I wish more people did this, as we all learn from the whole picture. UCTD is a bona fide diagnosis and I am very glad you found a rheumatologist you like. Hope you do well going forward.
