Slow Heart Rate

Hi

I take beta blockers for PVC's. I also take an ARB and diuretic for HBP. I have an underactive thyroid that I take Synthroid for. I have a mild heart block and slightly enlarged left ventricle.

I usually take my BP in the morning and my HR is around 60. In April I had a few HR numbers around 50.

This week I bought a Fitbit Charge 2 that measures your heart rate. The first and second day I wore it it said my Resting heart rate was 42. Now I am worried. I have health anxiety and this is making it worse.

I realize I have several things (beta blockers, thyroid, etc) that cause a slow heart rate but I am still worried. When I look at the data the 42 is only happening a few times. Most of the number are in the 50's.

I am going on vacation for 2 weeks Monday so I can't see my Dr now.

The anxiety is creeping back in. Should I worry? I don't think I have taken my RHR before. Just HR when taking BP. Is the Fitbit accurate?

Thanks
