Hashimotos ... time for a new doc?

After being treated for hypo for about ten years with synthesis I was diagnosed hashis spring 2017 after my antibodies were high - 55 and 155.

Changed over to Armour (60mg) and following a gluten free (90% of the time) anti-inflammatory diet (higher fat, lower carb, 1500-1800 cals a day with low impact exercise). Feeling a bit low so requested a full panel to see where I was at and of the diet changes have helped reduce the inflammation.

TSH and T3 Free are low normal
TSH is .66 and T3 is 3.32

T4F is low - 10

But antibodies are even higher 😥
Thyroperoxidase is 142 and Thyroglobulin is 410!

T3 free is requested but takes 10 days.

Iím really frustrated as Iím taking the changes seriously but canít seem to beat this. I have near constant joint pain that Iíve been pushing through and I feel a bit defeated right now.

Does anyone have any ideas or think perhaps itís time to seek another opinion?
