Could sinuses cause front tooth pain?!

This might sound odd but I've been experiencing pain in my upper right front tooth. It's a dull pain and is slightly painful with slight pressure. It isn't sensitive to any hot or cold. I didn't start experiencing it until I started having sinus problems this month (first time having it). My question is, is it possible to experience this pain in the front teeth if its sinus related?

I've read that its experienced in the back molars but I don't have that type of pain. :/

Yes quite possibly. I've had tooth ache mainly at the back but had a day when it was at the front aswell. It's a weird feeling. Almost like your at the dentist and he's trying to pull your tooth out without the anesthetic.

I have a sinus infection now and I am experiencing the same thing. It is in my upper front teeth, not just one.

    Hi Angels.
I've had my sinus problems this year for 6 weeks now and there's no real sign of it going. I get everything from stuffed up nose, ear pressure, aches in jaw and teeth (still), going warm and cold with shivers. The only thing I don't get is constant green or yellow mucus but thick white . How long you had yours for and do you get similar symptoms?
