    CT scan PNS report

Minimal musosal thickening is seen in the bilateral ethmoid and left maxillary sinuses. the left frontal sinus is poorly aerated. the rest of the paranasal sinuses are well aerated. There is no bony erosion or destructions. both the osteomeatal complexes are patent.
There is deviation of the nasal septum to the left with hypertrophy of both the inferior nasal turbinates. the rest of nasal turbinates appear to be normal.

the frontal processes of the nasal cavities are parallel and perpendicular
The cabriform plate, lamina papyraceae and crista galli are intact
the hard palate is horizontal and symmetrical
the visualized portion of the naso pharynx appears to be normal
