    dry sinus and dry mouth

I have had sinus problems forever but noe I have a new symptom. My tongue on left side is tender and mouth feels dry. Started as allergy to tree pollen....sneezing, runny nose, etc. Then dried up and just pressure on left side of head with some pain (my bad side). Salty taste and my dry mouth gets worse as the day goes on. Mostly just left side. Ear slightly plugged and even my left eye feels gooey sometimes. I do have a deviated septum, to the left, and the humidity is very low here. I'm mostly wondering if tongue issue and mouth dryness can be linked to sinus/allergies. Thanks for your help!
