    Congestion and speaking?!

    Hello!
    Background
I have sleep apnea and snoring issues and use a CPAP machine. Before I got there, had multiple surgeries. Including Septoplasty and uvuloplasty. None worked. Yes, in hind sight, I should've tried the CPAP first.

I am still struggling with a sinus drainage problem.

This is what I need help with.
When I speak, I'm immediately congested. Happens only on my right side. This also seems to result in post nasal drip and bad breath. I have had this problem for as long as I can remember. I am a loud talker, so maybe that has something to do with it?
When I sit down without talking for a few mins, maybe 15 mins, the congestion is gone and so is the post nasal drip and bad breath. Anyone else face this and hopefully have a solution?

I've tried antihistamines, decongestants and sinus rinse. They all help, but not enough for the problem to go away. HELP!
